Did you know there is a list of #BannedWords? YES! I did a post on that yesterday, and you can find that HERE. A college from Sault Ste Marie, Michigan puts out a list of Banned Words every year, and it DOES work! I was at a weather website checking out the bad weather yesterday, and we have some COLD air coming in this week, and guess what? They DID NOT use the word POLAR VORTEX! FINALLY!!! I was SO SICK of that word!!! I used to think what ever happened to a "cold front is coming down from Canada, and will . .. .. ", instead they would freak us out with the now banned word! Now there IS a cold front coming down from Canada! Those of you in the US should read this so you can prepare if need be! We have to put a blanket over our window to keep the cold air out! (We rent, so of course we have the cheapest windows available!)
