Stacking the Shelves #9 -

Thanks to our Host, Tynga's Reviews

Welcome everyone! It's that time again! My favorite post of the week! Time to show off the books I received this week, either for review, to spotlight, or even books I found to add to my TBR list! I have to say I have my reading cut out for me between last week and the next few weeks! Wow! Books galore! You know that means there will be #GIVEAWAYS! I can't keep all of these, so I'll be spreading the wealth! Anyway, let's check them out!

The publisher just released the above cover when the cover I thought this had is below! I'm not sure which they are releasing, YET:

The Dressmaker's War by Mary Chamberlain
Release Date: Jan 12, 2016
Random House

Girls Who Travel by Nicole Trilivas
Release Date: Dec 1st (+ Giveaway!)
My Review Date: Dec 1st

Give Us This Day, A Brooke Burrell #1 Thriller by Tom Avitabile
Release Date: October 20th
The Story Plant - This book is what the publisher sends to some of us Reviewers who are on a team called, 'Spread the Word Initiative'! They are AMAZING books the publisher thinks we'll love and they want to share with us and get our opinion, and so far they have ALWAYS been right! This book is worth checking out! This author is the best selling author of the book, "The Eighth Day".

***Goodreads has a GIVEAWAY for this book of 1 copy! As of today, Friday, Oct 16th, at 8:22pm you can enter to try to win this book for the next 6 days and 6 hours! GOOD LUCK!
I will be reviewing this book in-between these other books! This is one, nice, hardcover book!

The Unyielding Future by Brian O'Grady
Released: September 2015
Fiction Studio Books aka The Story Plant!

A few books that caught MY eye!

Raging Heat, (Nikki Heat #6) by Richard Castle
Kingswell Publishers
Released October 2015
When my husband gets home from work, he and I eat dinner and watch this show together. There are several reruns of this show that ran on ABC for a time. (ABC is NOT KNOWN for keeping GREAT shows, in my opinion. They take the shows off the air way too soon, and that is how I felt about this show! Imagine my surprise when I found out THIS TV SERIES IS REAL!! RICHARD CASTLE "IS" THE AUTHOR, OR THE "WRITER" AS PORTRAYED IN THE SHOW! LOL! I "HAD" TO BUY THIS BOOK SO I CAN READ IT AND SEE IF IT'S ANY GOOD! LOL! I KNOW IT'S GOOD! LOL! I just had to laugh because I NEVER KNEW this was REAL! His books WERE brought to life on TV! I'll let you know how good this was - or wasn't!

These next few books I found on sale for $1.99. I won't have time to write them up like I should, but I'll just show you the covers, at least! I'll get to them in the future, even if it is in another 5 or 10 years! LOL! At least I got them! LOL!

  3. Hi Laurie, I just discovered your blog and love it. I'm wondering how to submit and ask if you are interested in reviewing a Christmas book, I read through your policies, but must have missed the best way to contact you.
