The New York Times Top 15 (25) Best Sellers for the week ending 12-29-31

Welcome! Here we are, the LAST WEEK'S POST OF 2013 for the Best Sellers!
Posted by NOON (sometimes earlier) every Sunday!
I need to apologize to you for NOT having this post up in time for NOON. I started it yesterday, but I have not been able to stay awake. For Christmas this year, I got a bladder infection! Oh, BOY! What a wonderful gift! :(
NOT!!! Anyway, I was just able to start my meds yesterday after the testing, etc., and this has thrown me for a loop! The PAIN! The fatigue! It's awful! We have to go to the hospital for ALL medical testing and here where I live, and this hospital I go to is SO TEENY-TINY! I got out of the small pick-up we have, I took a header BACK INTO THE TRUCK! Yes, leave it to this former ballerina! BRILLIANCE! LOL!!! So I'm truly sorry, but this has been out of my control, and I sure wish it was NOT! LOL!!!
Well, this year sure FLEW by with so many amazing books! I want to make sure you do know these are only a SMALL fraction of the MANY AMAZING BOOKS out there. Don't choose your books 'only' based upon this list or else you will be missing MORE amazing books! If any of you shop at Amazon, you'll probably notice they have suggestions of other books for you based upon your browsing history - check those books out!
For the Reader's of this blog who do not have your own blogs, have you ever heard of Goodreads? It's one AMAZING website! Go there! EVERY book out there, just about, is there! It would be a shame for you to miss out!

To everyone:

"HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!"
May EVERY book you pick up in 2014 be an AMAZING one! Enjoy!

Every book's title and the photo is linked TO Amazon's ebook (they changed the linking to the hard or soft covers). If you are interested in something other than the ebook, there is a chart there that shows the choices, just click on the type of book you prefer! Everything is the same such as the reviews, description, etc., just the type of book you want to purchase would be different.
I also have to say the prices for the ebooks lately have been AMAZING! I don't know about you, but for under $10, almost ALL of the books, I have bought quite a few of these! Did the publishers finally figure out they would get MORE sales by dropping the prices and making the ebooks affordable, finally? I sure HOPE so! I kind of sit here and keep waiting for the bottom to drop out! Not being pessimistic, but what the publishers 'were' pricing them at, I'll be the FIRST to state I could not afford to pay the $12.99/$14.99! Oh, then when J K Rowling's first contemporary fiction book came out, publishers were asking $19.50! Remember that?! Well, I'm happy as a clam with the prices now!! How about you?

URGENT - I was contacted by someone who works in criminal law. I am not telling you this to make you go buy this book, in fact, I am telling you

"DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BOOK".

Why do I say this? It is WRITTEN BY A VERY "REAL, LIVE, CONVICTED SERIAL KILLER" WHO IS IN PRISON RIGHT NOW AS WE SPEAK ON DEATH ROW.
This CRIMINAL/MURDERER IS MAKING ALL THE PROFITS OFF OF THIS BOOK - WHICH IS ILLEGAL!

There is a law on the books the Supreme Court put into place called the "SON OF SAM" which make it ILLEGAL for Serial Killers to publish books of their crimes for their 'own profit/financial benefit'. ANY profit is supposed to go to the victims of the crime, OR to a Victim's Compensation Fund.
You can learn MORE about this HERE.

This book has illegally been published FOR THE PROFIT OF THIS SERIAL KILLER.
Since Amazon ALLOWS ANYONE to self-publish, he was able to do it, and without their knowledge until someone spotted the author's name, that is.
DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK - and it IS priced to sell at 99cents - on purpose!
The name is: I Wish You Were Never Born - a "RAW AND HORRIFYING" story WRITTEN BY A SERIAL KILLER! by James Gregory Marlow.
The publisher links BACK TO THE AUTHOR and they also print other horrifying books such as this one. This publisher needs to be investigated. Google them and you will see.
What did he do? Read about it HERE.
AND HERE.
FINALLY HERE, and there is so much MORE!
There is even a Facebook page for people like these who think they got the short end of the stick, but I'm not sharing the name of that page with you. It's just WRONG!
There is more, but I think you get the idea.
Word HAS BEEN PUT OUT to the appropriate people to STOP THIS CONVICTED KILLER FROM BENEFITING BY THE SALES OF THIS BOOK.
PLEASE, I ASK YOU AGAIN, DO "NOT" BUY THIS BOOK!
Thank you.

Oh! Don't forget to ENTER the Midwinter's Eve Giveaway Hop! NOW thru tomorrow night at midnight, Dec 31st! Click on the photo in the UPPER RIGHT COLUMN! OR - CLICK HERE!
