The New York Times Top 15 Best Sellers for the week ending October 20, 2012

NEWS! Due to a recent court decision (you may have read about this in a former posting of mine) a Court has decided that for the next 2 years the RETAILER has the right to set the price on ebooks! YEAH! We can see this, I believe, in 'some' of the prices below. J K Rowling's book HAS COME DOWN in ebook price, yet when looking at the price at Amazon, it STILL states the price is 'set by the Publisher'. I don't see the prices being set by the Retailer's YET. I wonder if Amazon knows something, or is holding back from setting their OWN prices in case ANOTHER court decision goes through? Supposedly with that court decision, "WE, those of US" who HAVE PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED EBOOKS are supposed to GET A REFUND OF SOME TYPE. I have NO IDEA what kind or what they basing this on? We'll see.
