He treated these victims as 'women' and not just prostitutes, and he never let this case go cold. His dedication still amazes me. I remember seeing news reports on TV well before this movie ever came out as well. I got the book through NetGalley and did not know it was a Graphic Novel. I was surprised "I" read a Graphic Novel! It was my first! It was different, and kind of neat. I can now say I have read a Graphic Novel, a first for that genre for me! I don't know that I would choose to read another, though, as it is just not my forte'. I can't say it was my purpose in life to review "this" book, as it is DARK and very sad that these women were killed, but that it is so interesting because of Jeff Jensen's amazing dedication to the case. It is not every day a detective like him comes along and works so hard at solving a case. The best part of the solving of this case was since it did take years to do so, they were finally able to use DNA to solve it! Another GREAT technology that has been developed and is used in solving crimes which is available which could help in solving future cold cases as well, as long as the 'then' forensics teams collected the proper evidence did so correctly! You can't get away with DNA!!
Thanks, KJ!
Laurielauriehere.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09313379396004112698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6261031256338113167.post-8436925835920612402011-12-01T10:24:29.290-05:002011-12-01T10:24:29.290-05:00Congratulations Laurie !!!
