URGENT UPDATE! Do NOT upgrade to Windows 8.1 - My computer crashed! NO!!!! Read on, please!

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to inform you my computer crashed over the weekend (I still don't have it back) and I am using my husband's now. I had some difficulty getting "my" Chrome to work on this computer, but finally 'just' got it up about 20 minutes ago, this Wednesday morning at around 6:00am. Yes, I have been up ALL night!

UPDATE - as of today, Thursday, April 17th, my computer is back UP AND RUNNING thanks to the Geek Squad! I had NO VIRUSES, NO MALWARE, NO ANYTHING BAD! 
The update to Windows 8.1 was NOT the problem, so don't worry about downloading that.
So what happened? The Weather Channel APP, the ASK Toolbar infected EVERYTHING! They found it in places you never knew existed in your computer! This OFTEN happens when we update Adobe! BE CAREFUL! There is a little box in the bottom left hand corner that is automatically checked. You do NOT want that box checked! UNCHECK IT! Sometimes Adobe updates all on it's own. I need to call the Geek Squad back and ask about that! I was sitting here and thinking about that! I don't know that answer to that, but will let you know once I know!

How did I post? Using my husband's computer, which was a nightmare because I had to update ALL my passwords on everything! Some of them were LONG FORGOTTEN!

Now the computer is running like a dream again! I HIGHLY recommend using the Geek Squad! You don't even have to leave your house to get your computer fixed! You call them, they get into your computer with your permission and forms you check and agree to, and they go to work! It was a dream come true! (I've had this happen one other time, and they fixed everything, which is why I keep them!) So now I'm back to blogging! ALL COMPUTER PROBLEMS ARE FIXED!

What's up this week?
Today, I have a NEW POST coming up shortly on the NEW book called Invitation! It will be up in a little while!

Tomorrow, Thursday, starts the Hoppy Eggstravaganza Giveaway Hop! That will be posted LATER tonight! Look for it around 9:00pm! ((As long as I'm not on the phone with the Geek Squad, that is!)

As for the rest of the day, I'll be working on getting my computer fixed! When Windows upgraded to 8.1, they didn't realized NOTHING is compatible with it, mostly Google's Chrome! Grrrrr!!! So I have to undo the 8.1 and reinstall Chrome in order to connect! Grrrrr!!! First, I need a nap! See you later!

PS. I wrote this at 6:30am and am 'just' posting it now! I fell asleep with the computer on my lap! LOL! I'm still tired, so I'm going to move this and catch a few more winks!
By NOON I should have the Invitation book up!
